Indian Oil Corp (IOC) said it was operating its refineries short of full capacity as diesel sales had not yet hit pre-pandemic levels.

The US says it has reached a deal with Germany to prevent Russia from using its Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline as political leverage over Europe.

Hydrogen fuel company Element 2 is planning to install up to 300 pumps in Aberdeenshire over the next decade.
