Watson-Marlow highlights advanced fluid management technologies
Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions (WMFTS) is ready to showcase a range of innovative fluid handling solutions including the Bredel CIP pump, MasoSine Certa Sine pump and Watson-Marlow peristaltic pumps.

Visitors to the PPMA at the NEC in Birmingham, UK, from 22-24 September can discover more about the Bredel CIP pump, which is designed for sanitary and hygienic processes that require optimal efficiency and regular clean-in-place (CIP).

WMFTS will also highlight its MasoSine Certa Sine pump, which delivers high output and gentle product handling for demanding food and beverage applications.

Featuring a unique one-shaft, one-seal design, Certa offers superior energy efficiency and is one of the few pumps in the world certified to EHEDG Type EL Aseptic Class I standards.

Also on display will be the Watson-Marlow peristaltic pump range, engineered for high-precision fluid handling with accuracy of up to ±0.5.

The pumps’ closed fluid path design ensures complete product isolation during transfer, filling and filtration; minimising contamination risk and supporting sterile processes across a range of applications. Their scalable design enables manufacturers to move from development to full-scale production while maintaining process consistency and product quality.

Together, these technologies are designed to help manufacturers improve process efficiency, reduce maintenance requirements and optimise production performance across demanding manufacturing environments. Their robust designs support reliable operation while helping to reduce energy and resource consumption.

John Rowley, sales manager – food & beverage and cean process at WMFTS UK, said: “Manufacturers are under increasing pressure to boost productivity, reduce downtime and maintain consistently high standards of quality and hygiene. PPMA provides an excellent opportunity to explore the technologies and approaches that can help address these challenges.

“We're looking forward to meeting visitors, discussing their specific requirements and demonstrating how our fluid handling solutions can support efficient, reliable operations.”
