Xylem to acquire Cornell Pump and Roper Pump – strengthening industrial presence in high growth sectors
Xylem, a leading global water technology company dedicated to solving the world's most challenging water issues, has entered into an agreement to acquire the Cornell Pump and Roper Pump businesses from Indicor for $1.46 billion (€1.27 billion).

The acquisition expands Xylem's ability to serve a broader range of mission-critical industrial applications while advancing its strategy to increase exposure to high-growth sectors benefiting from infrastructure investment, industrial modernisation and growing resource demands.
