Rotork acquires M&M

Rotork Instruments has acquired M&M International, an Italy-based subsidiary of Spirax-Sarco Engineering.

With the acquisition, Rotork adds M&M’s complete range of solenoid valve products to its portfolio.

Established for over 30 years, M&M is a manufacturer of general purpose solenoid valves, air actuated piston valves, automatic drain valves, connectors, coils, and customised instrumentation solutions used throughout the commercial and industrial flow control industries.

Rotork says the acquisition supports its strategy of broadening its flow control product portfolio and expanding addressable markets.
