Magnatrol launches three solenoid valve models for wide industry range

Magnatrol Valve Corp., a manufacturer of full port, internal pilot operated, and direct acting solenoid valves, has launched its Type A, L, and K valves for use in a wide range of petrochemical/oil, pharmaceutical, and water/wastewater processing applications.

Available for pipe sizes ½”-3”, Type A and L (bronze) and Type K (stainless steel) valves feature globe pattern valve bodies with threaded or flanged ends and packless construction with continuous duty coils for all voltages.

The valves require no differential pressure to open, and the valves are easily inspected, cleaned or replaced while the valve body remains in the pipeline, thus shortening costly downtime while increasing productivity.

All three valves are normally closed (energise to open) and available with Buna N, Viton, or glass-filled PTFE orifice seal materials depending upon the application.

The valves are available for special applications, in special alloys, and with custom engineering along with a wide range of industry standard options.
