CDR Pumps releases new UCL non-metallic mechanical seal pump

CDR Pumps has launched the new UCL and UCL-B (close coupled version) range of pumps.

The range supersedes the UCN-L and UCN-BL range, which has been utilised for years in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

The unit is an ISO5199 pump available in material including polypropylene-lined, PVDF-lined or PFA-lined for the harshest of duties. The unit offers impeller options such as closed for highly efficient clean liquids, open style for solids laden product, and recessed impeller for slurry duties. Various mechanical seal options are available including the company's own slurry type seal available in both single and double configurations.

The units boast a heavy duty, double angular contact bearing arrangement, rigid shaft to reduce shaft deflection, and full interchangeability with the UTN-L (mag-drive) option for maximum interchangeability on site.
