Scottish Water awards Atos service contract
Atos has signed an agreement to become a strategic partner with Scottish Water.
The ServiceNow agreement will help to facilitate the transformation programme for Scotland’s leading water utility.
An existing strategic supplier to Scottish Water and a global ServiceNow Elite partner, Atos delivers a wide-ranging portfolio of core infrastructure and customer-focused digital services.
The new agreement will facilitate connected operations and data-led insights, improve customer service management and streamline field workforce and supply chain management.
This will enable Scottish Water to navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.
