Ryan Herco acquires Florida piping company

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a specialty distributor of flow solutions for mission critical fluids, has completed the acquisition of Barnes Industrial Plastic Piping headquartered in Tampa, Florida, US.

Chuck Moyer, CEO of Ryan Herco, stated, 'The combination of the two companies works very well strategically. Barnes has tremendous strength in the Florida contractor marketplace and has developed unique capabilities to service these customers. Ryan Herco adds expertise in the OEM and MRO end-markets.
