Riventa set to prolong the lifetime of pumps blowers and turbines in Egypt

Riventa, the energy-saving optimisation experts for assets such as blowers, turbines and pumps, has secured an important new strategic partnership in Egypt.
Cairo-based Flowtech for Maintenance and Services, who provide key water technology and environmental solutions, will be introducing Riventa’s proprietary monitoring systems and software to its fast-growing customer base.
Mohamed Yehia, managing partner of Flowtech for Maintenance and Services, said: “We always want to bring added value to our work, so after looking at Riventa success stories from around the world, and the demand here for maximising equipment performance, this is a very timely opportunity.”
Steve Barrett, managing director of Riventa, added: “In Egypt and across Africa, operators are keener than ever to enhance the performance and prolong the lifetime of their water and wastewater equipment through the best and most cost-effective means. Flowtech for Maintenance and Services are ideally placed with their knowledge and experience to help us deliver far-reaching, environmentally sound solutions to their customers.”
Most recently, Riventa has been working in Paris, where at a key pumping station, use of its pump monitoring system and HydraNet software proved that the rescheduling of pumps to meet optimum performance, provides an immediate saving of 21%.
