Netzsch Pumps North America has expanded its executive sales force, hiring Robert LePera as the new vice president of OEM Sales.
LePera’s role will be to provide support to Netzsch’s OEM customers, using a dedicated and independent sales organisation to their address their needs. This team will include staff responsible for sales, service and engineering.
Working in the pump industry for most of his 30 plus year professional career, LePera has had a range of roles, including national sales manager, marketing manager, vice president of global sales and commercial director of the Americas.
Originally founded in Germany in 1873, and still headquartered in the town of Selb, Bavaria, NETZSCH has offices around the world. The company claims to be the world’s largest manufacturer of progressing cavity pumps, is heavily involved in the development of rotary lobe pumps, and develops and produces a range of other pumps.
