Flowrox metering pumps now offer IIoT capability

To optimise metering performance, Flowrox has designed next generation metering pumps with integrated Smart Solutions features.

All pumps in the company’s FXM2 and FXM3 series are now IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) ready.

Users are able to use the Flowrox Malibu portal to remotely manage, measure and analyse process remotely with a computer or handheld device with an internet connection.

Flowrox Malibu is a combined online process monitoring, maintenance and analysis tool that helps to predict failures before they occur, improve productivity and increase safety in chemical dosing processes.

Data is fully secured by SSL/TLS encryption.

The new generation of FXM pumps have expanded logic programming and functionality, as well as higher capacity.

Maximum flow of the FXM2 model is 176 litres per hour, while the FXM3 model reaches 840 litres per hour. Both pump models have a maximum working pressure of 8.6 bar, and they are able to withstand higher ambient temperatures of up to 55 degrees Celsius.
