Axiomtek releases a stainless panel PC for harsh environment applications

Axiomtek has introduced the GOT812LR-834, a high-brightness 12.1” stainless panel computer for food factory and harsh environment.

The GOT812LR-834 features fanless and noiseless design, supports a wide operating temperature range from -20°C to +55°C, and has a full IP66-rated waterproof enclosure to prevent moisture and water drip damage while installed at public or enclosed environments.

The all-in-one industrial stainless touch panel PC supports the low power consumption Intel Atom processor E3827 at 1.75 GHz and has maximum memory capacity up to 8 GB.

According to the manufacturer, the GOT812LR-834 is a human-machine interface platform well suited for marine, food factories, steel mills, gas pumps, outdoor information kiosks, and point-of-sale terminals.

To meet different application needs, the new PC has a variety of expandability interfaces with M12 locking, including two COM ports (RS-232/422/485), two USB 2.0 ports, and one gigabit Ethernet port.

It offers two LCD display options, a 12.1” XGA TFT LCD with 1000 nits brightness and a low reflection resistive (GOT812LR-834), and a SVGA TFT LCD with 500 nits brightness (GOT812L-834).

Additionally, two PCI Express Mini Card slots are available for wireless network connections.

The PC is encased in a water/dust-proof IP66-rated stainless steel type 316 casing with five IP66-rated M12-type connectors, and it supports a 9 to 36 voltage wide-range DC power input.

‘This robust stainless panel unit is best suited for extreme humidity, dusty or wet spaces in outdoor and harsh applications,’ says Debbie Tu, product manager at Axiomtek.
