Atlas Copco completes acquisition of compressed air companies’ assets
Atlas Copco has acquired the assets of US distributors Accurate Air Engineering and Compressed Air of California, US-based distributor sister companies.
Located south of Los Angeles in California, US the two companies have a sales and service network covering most of the state of California. They have a combined workforce of 52 employees.
“This acquisition will complement our existing footprint in the region,” said Vagner Rego, business area president compressor technique. “The companies have a strong reputation of being agile and staying close to the customer base.”
The purchase price of the acquisition was not disclosed by Atlas Copco. The business acquired from Accurate Air Engineering and Compressed Air of California will become part of the company’s compressor technique service division.
