Wastecorp launches new trash pumps
Custom pump manufacturer Wastecorp Pumps has launched a new engine-driven trash pump product line under its Trash Flow brand.
The new products include the TFCC-ML series and the TFCC-ME series. The new trash pumps are available in 3 and 4" rental pump models and 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12" municipal/industrial pump classifications with over nine choices to select from.
'We now offer vacuum prime assist options, sound dampening acoustical huts and mechanical seal options, all providing pump users with more options to get the most advanced pump of the market to pump dirty liquids,' says chief pump designer Marc Johnson.
The Trash Flow TFCC-ML series is an engine driven trash pump line suitable for rental pump companies and construction pump users. It is available with either a 4 or 6" connection with fluid handling capabilities ranging from 460-1185 gallons per minute. The pump models can be skid mounted or trailer mounted.
Pump engines are available from Kohler, John Deere, Deutz and Caterpillar, up to 40 hp.
The new TFCC-ME series is designed for municipal and industrial pump markets with severe duty fluid handling applications in mind. It is available in 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12" sizes with a fluid handling range of 450-5500 gallons per minute.
Pump engine sizes range from 43 hp to 148 hp. Several options are available such as vacuum prime assist for pumping through long suction hose lines and sound attenuated huts for reduced noise output in residential areas. Skid or trailer mounted models pump models are available.
All TFCC-ME series models feature computer balance impellers for solids handling applications, silicon carbide mechanical seals and adjustable wear plate carriers for easy operator maintenance.
