Valworx offers new range of PVC butterfly valves

Actuated valves manufacturer Valworx has announced the introduction a new line of PVC butterfly valves, which feature lightweight PVC body construction with a polypropylene (PP) disc.

The valves are NSF 61 certified for potable drinking water. Other features include expanded size range, with valve diameters from 2–12 inches; actuator-ready with 316 stainless steel; ANSI 150 wafer style flange connection; EPDM disc seat/liner; and temperature rating of 40–140°F.

According to Valworx, the butterfly valves are available for immediate sale and shipment, for electrical, pneumatic or manual bare stem operation.

Optional accessories for manual operation include a 10-position hand lever and gearbox.
