RDT launches wireless leak protection kit for businesses and homes

Reliance Detection Technologies (RDT), a US-based technology firm, has launched a new wireless leak protection technology aimed at homes and businesses.

In a statement, RDT said its wireless alarm and automatic water shut off system called RS-360 protects entire homes/facilities from plumbing leaks and frozen pipes.

According to the company, as well as being wireless, its system provides on-board battery backup during power outages.

The system can also be an effective product for responsible water conservation efforts, the firm said.

According to RDT, RS-360 is configurable to meet the needs of “any installation – large or small”.
