NETZSCH has signed an agreement with the Whitney Equipment Company, which will become their distributor in Washington, Oregon, Northern Idaho, and Alaska in the US.
Whitney Equipment Company will service the municipal market in these states for one of the world’s largest manufacturer of progressing cavity pumps and rotary lobe pumps.
A spokesman for Whitney said the company has extensive municipal sales experience and technical knowledge.
The firm is multi-line manufacturer’s representative specialising in providing reliable, proven, innovative and cost-effective solutions for municipal wastewater treatment and municipal water treatment facilities.
NETZSCH Pumps North America has welcomed Whitney Equipment Company and their experienced staff to provide product knowledge and customer service in those states.
The global firm has served markets worldwide for more than 60 years, providing customised, sophisticated solutions for applications in every industry type.
NETZSCH supplies NEMO® progressing cavity pumps, TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps, and NOTOS® screw pumps, PERIPRO™ peristaltic pumps as well as N.Mac® twin shaft grinders, macerators, barrel emptying units, metering technology and accessories.
With a workforce of more than 2,200 people, its pumps and systems division is the largest business unit in the NETZSCH Group, with annual sales of more than €380 million.
