McCrometer unveils new flow measurement applications

Municipal and industrial water flow measurement application solution provider McCrometer has developed an electromagnetic flow meter with accuracy to ±0.5% of reading.

The FPI Mag and Ultra Mag flow meters have both obtained CSA certification and are now ISO9001:2008 certified too.

The company claims the FPI Mag is the industry’s only available hot tap full profile insertion flowmeter. It installs without service interruption to make it ideal for retrofits, upgrades and maintenance projects and sites never metered before.

The FPI Magflow meter is available for forward-flow only or bi-directional measurement in line sizes from 4” to 138”. The meter’s flow sensor comes pre-calibrated meaning it requires no recalibration in the field.
