Kirloskar launches advanced magnetic drive pumps

Kirloskar Brothers (KBL) has announced the launch of the technologically advanced Romak Pump.

The pumps are process pumps used for handling various types of clear or clean chemical liquids without any suspended particles by various process industries.

The Romak pump is a magnetic drive pump utilizing permanent magnets, which are protected from liquids by a seal-less design.

With a size range between 32mm to 100mm, the manufacturer rates the pump with a discharge capacity of up to 300 m3/hr and capable of handling temperatures from -50°C up to +180°C.

The pump’s design aids interchangeability of components among different pump sizes.
