Fine Tubes and Superior Tube partner

Fine Tubes, a UK-based manufacturer of metal tubing for the aerospace, medical, chemical, nuclear, power and oil and gas sectors has joined forces with Superior Tube, a US producer of metal tubing.

Both companies are owned by the Watermill Group and the partnership will enable Fine Tubes to now serve the US market. The two companies will share a new global association whilst maintaining their own names and specialities.

Brian Mercer, global sales and marketing director, says: 'The opportunities for this arise, not only through the sharing of best practices together but also through the increased combined product offering the two companies, will have and the ability to provide secure back-up to our customers where single source supply is not untypical.'
