Evolution Valves reports record month of sales

UK-based company Evolution Valves, a bespoke manufacturer of industrial valves, has reported a record sales month in August of £1.6 million (€2 million). This follows the company's January 2014 record sales month of £1.0 million.

Sales director Peter Cone stated that the achievement was entirely based on export sales with key orders emanating from North America, the Caribbean and Lithuania. The company's products are designed for use in severe and critical applications in the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.

Evolution recently opened a sales office in Houston, Texas which has significantly contributed to the recent orders, most of which were won on evolutions revolutionary new triple offset valve.

With this growth the company expects further investment in the Stockton factory in both capital equipment and personnel, with several key staff appointment to be made by the end of the year.
