Dover’s Pump Solutions Group completes finder acquisition

Pump Solutions Group (PSG), an operating company within Dover Corporation and a global leader of pumps, systems and related technologies, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of engineered pump provider Finder Pompe ('Finder') for a purchase price of approximately $145 million (€107 million), subject to normal post-closing adjustments.

Headquartered in Merate, Italy, Finder specializes in the design and manufacturing of API-engineered pumps and systems for the global energy market, primarily for oil & gas applications. Finder has operations in Merate and Querceta, Italy, and Venissieux, France.
