Critical dewatering operations thanks to Atlas Copco

Atlas Copco’s footprint and expertise have improved critical dewatering operations on a strategic infrastructure project in The Philippines.

The Dipolog-Dapitan bridge project is one of several development initiatives on the island of Mindanao, intended to boost economic growth in the region.

Despite high levels of rainfall, safe working conditions have been maintained and the project has been kept on schedule through the deployment of Atlas Copco dewatering pumps.

The island of Mindanao is central to the Philippine government’s plans to boost the country's economic progress.

It is the second-largest island after Luzon, covering 97,530 square kilometers, and has huge potential as a hub for commerce, tourism, and clean energy. The island’s transformation depends on plans to ease congestion and improve connectivity.
