CMD stem packings and gasket receive emission and fire safety certification

CMD, an Italian manufacturer of gaskets and sealings in graphite, has received five new certifications from the international certification body DNV-GL

The certifications concern fugitive emissions and fire safe tests for both CMD’s Armastem and Stemseal stem packing types and a fire safe test for the spiral-wound Spiroguard gasket

The Armastem and Stemseal stem packing are designed for specific applications in extremely harsh service conditions.
