Metso signs valve distribution agreement for Denmark

Metso Corporation has extended the availability of its valve solutions in Denmark by signing a new agreement with Grønbech & Sønner.

According to an announcement from Finnish company Metso, the distributor agreement will see Grønbech & Sønner provide the ‘entire breadth’ of Metso’s valve products and related solutions, as well as support and service to customers across Denmark.

Grønbech & Sønner is a market leader in the Danish energy, water treatment and oil & gas industry, with four service centres across Denmark. Prior to this agreement, Grønbech & Sønner had acquired Necon, a company that had served as Metso’s Danish distributor for over 20 years.

As well as its valve solutions portfolio, Metso offers equipment and services for the sustainable processing and flow of natural resources in the mining, aggregates, recycling and process industries.
