Shale-Inland acquires Major

Shale-Inland Holdings, a specialty supplier and provider of pipes and valves for energy and industrial sectors, has acquired Major Sourcing, a valve automation distributor.

Major will continue to operate under its trade name, Major Inc., and will be a part of Shale-Inland's valves and automation (V&A) platform. 

Dave Kuhn, president of Major, will continue to lead the Major business, headquartered in New Jersey and founded in 1976.
