AxFlow Norway acquires oil and gas instrumentation maker Process Partner

Positive displacement pumps and process instruments distributor AxFlow, has acquired Process Partner, a Norwegian process instrumentation, calibration, and gas detection expert for offshore and onshore industries.

AxFlow Norway has been seeking to expand its product and service portfolio in Norway, particularly within advanced industrial process instruments, the company says.

“Process Partner is well established in the market with several leading product brands, unique application competence, certified resources for inspection, service and training, and solid customer relations within the oil- and offshore industry in Norway and abroad,” AxFlow CEO Ole Weiner said.

Process Partner is headquartered in Larvik, south of Oslo, and the company has six employees and a turnover of €6.77 million.

The main market segments are oil and gas in subsea and topside and offshore and onshore, in addition to general process industry.

Together with AxFlow, OE Solutions, and Safe Supply, the new AxFlow Norway Group turns over almost €29.50 million with 55 employees.
