WT Oil & Gas and EnviroKlean launch Zero Solids Recycle® produced water system

The new system is engineered to process up to 150,000 barrels per day of produced water while eliminating the creation of waste solids, addressing a key operational and environmental challenge faced by upstream operators.
Unlike conventional treatment methods that generate sludge requiring downstream handling and disposal, Zero Solids Recycle uses proprietary chemistry and continuous-flow technology to keep contaminants in solution, removing the need for solids management infrastructure such as roll-off bins and vacuum trucks.
This approach significantly reduces disposal costs, lowers environmental liability, and enhances overall site safety while maintaining water quality suitable for reuse or reinjection.
The technology combines WT Oil & Gas’ field execution capability with EnviroKlean’s chemical treatment expertise to support high-volume produced water recycling at scale.
Operators benefit from a solution that not only improves operational efficiency and sustainability but also aligns with industry trends toward reducing freshwater consumption and regulatory pressure on water disposal practices across major shale plays
