Range of NETZSCH pumps on display
Screw pumps, TORNADO® T1 Rotary Lobe Pumps, NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pumps and the PERIPRO™ Peristaltic Pumps will be on display during the event on September 26-28 in Houston, Texas.
NOTOS® 4NS Geared Twin Screw Pumps are suitable for hydrocarbons ranging from non-abrasive to moderately abrasive as well as from non-corrosive to corrosive pumped products.
In addition, lubricating and non-lubricating fluids with low to high viscosities can be transported.
As a result, and because of the small footprint they are used for pumping in shipping, power generation, tank farms and the process industry. They provide high flow with minimal turbulence without metal-to-metal contact of the screws. In addition, 4NS twin screw pumps meet the standards of the American Petroleum Institute (API).
The NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pump is known for its continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance of almost any fluid without being affected by fluctuations in pressure and viscosity. This pump can handle up to 60% solids content and are largely used for catalyst slurry, sump tanks, chemical metering and crude oil.
The TORNADO® T1-F Series Rotary Lobe Pump is an extremely versatile solution for applications requiring high flow at low to medium pressures in a small compact package in just about any orientation and installation. With the latest upgrade, this lobe pump features improved efficiency in flow and a reduction in power consumption up to 30%. The TORNADO® T1-F pump can handle a wide range of viscosities, solids, temperature, abrasion, and corrosive/acidic process fluids and environments.
Its robust design offers longevity, operational flexibility, and dry-run capabilities and allows the pump to operate and handle many upset process conditions without causing harm to the pump.
Another key product that NETZSCH will showcase is the PERIPRO™ Peristaltic Pumps. These hose pumps have heavy duty construction for demanding applications, with large rollers for longer service life.
These pumps are ideal for complex fluids, such as abrasive, corrosive, viscous, and delicate products. Ultimately, these products provide energy savings up to 30% and require 90% less lubricant when compared with shoe technology.
