PSB Industries has unveiled its NG EV Natural Gas Dryer which is engineered for continuous, high reliability gas drying in renewable natural gas (RNG) applications.
The NG EV is a dual vessel, fully automatic regeneration dryer designed for medium to large gas volumes and continuous use stations. One vessel dries while the other regenerates or stands ready, ensuring uninterrupted operation and consistent gas quality upstream of compression and downstream processes.
To support performance verification, the unit incorporates a Digital Dew Point (DDP) Meter, enabling operators to monitor outlet conditions and confirm moisture removal.
Standard factory fitted inlet and outlet filtration protect the desiccant media and remove dust from treated gas, with differential pressure indicators included to guide maintenance.
Built to recognised industry standards, the NG EV features ASME Section VIII stamped vessels, ASME B31.3 designed piping, and electrical construction compliant with NEMA and NEC requirements. Its closed loop regeneration system, insulated adsorber vessel and low watt density Incoloy electric heater support efficient thermal performance and long term drying capacity.
