Pentair Valves & Controls expanded its Vanessa Triple Offset Valve line-up with the Series 30-RS, a manual triple offset valve engineered for zero-leakage isolation in non-critical fluid services common in oil & gas, petrochemical and process plant applications.
The valve’s design features a bolted-on seat with positive pressure side sealing, which improves isolation performance and reduces the risk of mechanical failures compared to other bolted seat configurations.
The Series 30-RS achieves API 598 zero leakage tightness, can handle temperatures up to ~350 °C and pressures up to ASME Class 300, and is available in robust materials such as A216 WCB or A351 CF8M with double flanged bodies.
By delivering tighter isolation and enhanced safety while lowering maintenance needs, this valve option helps operators maintain process integrity and reduce unplanned downtime.
