Oxford Flow has celebrated a successful end to 2023 which has seen the company double operational activity year-on-year, expand its global footprint and increase its headcount by around 10%.
The company has seen significant growth in the gas distribution and transmission market, especially in the UK.
Oxford Flow proved the hydrogen readiness of its IM-S gas regulators through a range of stringent third-party tests, won contracts with major UK gas distribution networks (GDNs) including a partnership project with SGN on its LTS Futures project, and expanded its range of regulator pilots.
Interest in Oxford Flow’s ES stemless valve has witnessed significant growth, including commercialisation of the emissions eliminating control valve.
The heightened focus and commitment to reducing methane emissions was echoed when the ES valve was awarded a commendation by ADNOC in its Decarbonisation Challenge during COP28.
Neil Poxon, CEO at Oxford Flow, said: “As 2022 drew to a close, we finished the year feeling incredibly positive of the work that we had done, but also optimistic about the platform we had created for ourselves going into 2023. Our success and achievements during 2023 have surpassed those expectations in many ways and kept our growth on track with our strategic objectives.
“It is thanks to the talented and hardworking team here at Oxford Flow that we’ve elevated ourselves from a company passionate about developing new innovations, to a company that’s continuously expanding its global footprint, supporting more and more customers and making a significant contribution toward reducing emissions and supporting the energy transition.”
