NETZSCH Pumps & Systems has inaugurated a major new production facility in Goa, India, marking a significant expansion of its manufacturing capacity and long term commitment to the South Asian market.
The state of the art plant, opened at the end of February 2026, more than doubles the company’s previous production capacity in India and strengthens its regional value chain. Built on a site of approximately 45,000 square metres, the facility enables NETZSCH to accelerate delivery times, expand technical support and enhance customer proximity across South Asia.
The new site will manufacture a broad portfolio of NETZSCH technologies, including NEMO® progressing cavity pumps, TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps, NOTOS® multi screw pumps and PERIPRO® peristaltic pumps. Modern production and quality processes, alongside expanded engineering and development resources, ensure the plant meets international standards while supporting the region’s growing industrial demands.
According to CEO Andreas Denker, the investment is a central component of NETZSCH’s global strategy, reinforcing its worldwide network of more than 210 production, service and sales locations.
The Goa facility embodies the company’s “in the region, for the region” approach, strengthening its long term presence in India and supporting sustainable growth across South Asia.
