Netzsch Pumpen & Systeme GmbH’s new campus in Waldkraiburg, Germany, was officially opened on September 20.
The company’s three plants in Waldraiburg have been merged into one large campus, with existing buildings renovated to make them more energy-efficient.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held with many guests of honour, including Helga, Claudia, Christian and Moritz Netzsch as well as local politicians, the construction companies and customers. The programme also included a buffet and guided tours of the campus.
“We are grateful and proud. Grateful for the trust of our shareholders, who have made this major investment possible in the first place. Their faith in NETZSCH Pumps & Systems has made the campus project possible. Therefore, we are all extremely grateful,” said CEO Andreas Denker.
“We are proud of what we have achieved: The most modern positive displacement pump factory in the world. This factory sets new standards in efficiency, quality and sustainability.”
