The NEMO® Dispensers features a positive displacement design, ensuring consistent low-pulsation flow that conveys materials without damaging delicate, shear-sensitive components of the conveyed product.
Its advanced technology enables precise dosing accuracy, making it ideal for applications requiring robotic and servo control. The dispensers' valve-free operation eliminates common wear points, improving longevity and reliability, while optional heating ensures optimal performance with temperature-sensitive products.
The compact design of the NEMO® Dispensers allows for seamless integration into automated production systems, offering enhanced flexibility in dot or bead applications, potting, and adhesive and sealant dispensing.
With the ability to handle low to extremely high viscosity fluids, anaerobic products, and flux or soldering pastes, the dispensers provide unmatched versatility.
Available in multiple configurations, including the NDP0400-04, NDP0600-03, NDP0800-03, and NDP1000-02 models, NEMO® Dispensers offer flow rates ranging from 2 ml/min to 800 ml/min and can operate at pressures up to 450 psi. Minimum dosing quantities range from 0.075 ml to 1 ml.
Each model features a durable stator material selection, including NBR, EPDM, Viton, and PTFE blends, with FDA-compliant options available for specialized applications. The innovative design ensures no dripping or stringing of the product, reducing waste and maintaining a clean working environment.
