FCH, Inc has completed the acquisition of Axiflow Technologies, a manufacturer of twin-screw pumps widely used in high-purity and process industries, including food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors.
The deal expands FCH’s fluid-handling portfolio with Axiflow’s proprietary twin-screw pump technology, which is valued for high reliability, gentle product handling and easy cleanability.
Twin-screw pumps and related components are applicable to industrial fluid handling in petrochemical, water treatment and process plants where precise, contamination-free transfer of complex fluids is critical.
FCH intends to combine Axiflow’s technical expertise with its broader engineering resources to support customers requiring specialised pumping solutions and improve service responsiveness in demanding applications.
