Endress + Hauser launches online platform

Measurement and instrumentation specialist Endress+Hauser has announced a new e-Commerce platform.

According to the company, the new platform includes the ability to access RFQs (request for quotations), quotes and orders in one place, as well as allowing customers to purchase online and providing 24/7 access to information on the website for both online and offline orders.

All transactions are available online through the new platform, including all purchase documents. Products can be saved in favourite lists for reordering and users can assign their own references to products as well. For users who’d prefer to request a quote first or ask for technical support in configuration – Endress+Hauser's network of sales representatives can be contacted to finalise selection for the user.

Users will have access to view and purchase from Endress+Hauser’s complete portfolio.
