NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme GmbH from Waldkraiburg has been awarded the special Green Excellenz prize at the Lean & Green Summit in Mettlach held in October.
The Lean & Green Management Award has been presented annually since 2012.
Companies can have their sustainability and lean strategies evaluated using a benchmark and also learn from each other.
Scientific support is provided by the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS).
An independent jury consisting of members from science, business, and the media areas analyses the approaches and their implementation by the participating companies in the areas of sustainability and lean management.
