Armstrong Fluid Technology has expanded its family of new Constant Speed Vertical-In-Line Fire Pumps with a maximum 500 USGPM flow for both 60hz and 50hz markets and featuring new high-pressure ratings of up to 160PSI.
Armstrong Vertical-In-Line Fire Pumps eliminate the need for offset piping and motor realignment. They also use less floor space than comparable Horizontal Split Case designs. Other features of this new model include smaller motor than comparable pumps at the same duty point, much smaller environmental footprint than standard diesel pumps and UL/ULC and FM approvals.
“Armstrong is one of only four manufacturers who can offer a VIL fire pump reaching 160psi @500 USGPM,” said Michael DeMille, global offering manger fire pumps.
“This new model is an excellent addition to our existing Vertical-In-Line pump series.”
