Arca Valves releases Ecotrol 8C control valve with PN 63 and ANSI Class 600 ratings

Arca Valves has extended its Ecotrol 8C control valve range to valves with PN 63 as well as ANSI Class 600 pressure ratings with flanges or butt-welded ends.

The company has also designed a version of the valve full to ASTM and ASME standards especially for the US market.

With the associated actuator type 812 with its innovative multi-spring field reversible diaphragm, the tubeless attachment of Arcapro and Sipart PS2 positioners, and optional spring chamber blanketing with instrument air, the Ecotrol 8C is a technically, ecologically, and economically friendly solution.

The unique cage retainer/clamping seat system enables simple maintenance without special tools.

A wide range of process tailored valve internals, including standard parabolic plugs (either metal-seated or with the patented Arca soft seal system), multistage low-noise perforated and even double guided valve plugs are also available.

The gland packing system is certified according to TA Luft respectively ISO15848 Class B for a temperature range from -46°C to 200°C.
