New transmitters from Klay Instruments set for launch

Dutch process instrumentation manufacturer Klay instruments will launch a new differential pressure transmitter in June.

The new dP-4000 has a stainless steel housing as standard, making it particularly suitable for the chemical industry.

The transmitter has a graphic multilingual display with backlight. Programming is easy with a 'One touch programming button'. The accuracy is 0.07% and both HART protocol and a Square Root Function for flow measurement are standard on board. As on all Klay transmitters also the dP-4000 is having active temperature compensation.

The company will also introduce a new,´all stainless´ pressure/level transmitter.

The stainless steel housing of the Klay Instruments Series 2000-SAN intelligent pressure and level transmitter makes it suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industry.

The Series 2000-SAN is available with all current process connections used in these industries, including triclamp, milkcoupling, DRD, varivent and many others. Accuracy is 0.1% and programming is done through three push buttons and a display (standard).

The 'flush' diaphragm and active temperature compensation make the instrument a reliable partner in a range of food and pharma applications. These instruments are suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning and are both 3A and EHEDG certified.
