Evenort announces acquisition of Alexander Comley

Sheffield based precision engineering company Evenort has announced the acquisition of Alexander Comley, a company based in the Midlands that specialises in the production of large flanged products.

According to a statement from the two companies, the purchase will better serve customers based both in the UK and abroad by allowing the newly formed group to offer a single source for all its products.

Alexander Comley has recently diversified its portfolio to include tube sheets for heat exchange and filter plates for the filtration/separation industries.
