Andronaco invests $3.3 million into valve subsidiary expansion

Global manufacturing group Andronaco Industries is investing $3.3 million (€2.9 million) to move its Oklahoma-based valve supplier subsidiary Conley Composite to Kentwood in west Michigan, Grand Rapids Business Journal (GPBJ) reports.

With the expansion, Andronaco plans to purchase and rehabilitate an existing 30,000-square-foot building. The subsidiary will be moving all of its equipment to the new workspace, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) stated to GPBJ.

According to the MEDC, Andronaco had recently acquired Conley Composite and had considered expanding the business in Oklahoma.

“The decision to relocate Conley Composites to the same area as our other manufacturing subsidiaries made logistical sense for our company,” president and CEO of Ardronaco Industries, Ron Andronaco, told GPBJ.
