Leak detection webinar to be hosted by Krohne and Fluid Handling International

Fluid Handling International will be hosting a webinar with leading system provider of industrial process measurement instrumentation, Krohne.

The webinar will take place on the 7th of November 2018, 2-3 PM (CET). It will be hosted by Krohne's PipePatrol product manager, Daniel Vogt.

Titled, ‘Rapid and Reliable Pipeline Leak Detection’, the webinar will cover the importance of leak monitoring systems and how the E-RTTM method detects pipeline leaks reliably and rapidly.

If the design, implementation and use of pipelines are something that you deal with on a regular basis, then the webinar will offer you some invaluable insights.

Krohne is headquartered in Duisburg, Germany and has been making waves in the pipeline industry since 1921. The company is a leading system provider in the field of industrial process measurement instrumentation and has gathered hands-on knowledge while working with many customers in different industries, including chemical, food and beverage, oil and gas, marine, water and wastewater, and power generation.

Speaker Daniel Vogt is responsible for the strategic development of PipePatrol, the leak detection system of Krohne Oil & Gas. Daniel takes both client and regulatory requirements into account when designing and conceptualising the plans of leak detection solutions and for that reason, will be able to share an abundance of first-hand experience and knowledge with all who attend this webinar.

General knowledge about pipeline leak detection and location systems seems to be, unfortunately, very limited. However, there is a growing demand in people who want to become more aware of how these systems operate. Fortunately, Krohne is more than happy to inform and educate on how to detect any form of pipeline fault or leak.

After attending the webinar, long gone will be the days of thinking that these systems can only detect catastrophic leaks or even give false alarms, as you will leave having acquired knowledge from an industry expert.
