Netzsch to showcase three new products at Achema

German pump manufacturer Netzsch will present three new products for the process industry at the Achema exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany, 11th to 15th June.

Aiming to supply pumps for the chemical, paper and pulp production, ceramics, paints and varnishes industries, Netzsch regularly expands it product range according to the “full service in place idea”.

With so many media, such as oil and grease, needing to be conveyed at a constant temperature, Netzsch’s compact Tornado Smooth, on show at Achema, can now be heated so that a desired temperature can be kept throughout the process steps. Meanwhile, wing or multi-lobe helical rotors keep the pulsation as low as possible.

Netzsch will also be exhibiting a new component of its Nemo progressing cavity pump at Achema. According to the company, the xLC stator adjustment unit extends the lifetime of the rotor-stator through axial compression. Netzsch states that this component can triple the life of the pump, especially when pumping difficult or abrasive media. When wear occurs in the rotor-stator system, the xLC stator adjustment allows the performance of the pump to be re-established by adjusting the preload in the rotor-stator system.

Netzsch’s third new product at Achema will be its twin-shaft grinder N.Mac. The N.Mac has been designed to fragment a variety of materials and is apparently ideal for wastewater treatment in industrial applications. Available in channel or inline housing constructions with flanges, the N.Mac can be installed into effluent channels or piping to protect downstream equipment, such as pumps, from damage or blockage.

Netzsch will be exhibiting in booth C27 in hall 8.0 at the Achema event.
