EBARA opens pump production facility in Italy

The company says that the facility increases pump manufacturing capacity to meet growing demand worldwide.

EBARA Pumps Europe (a group company of EBARA Corporation) has moved pump production to a new plant in Vicenza, Italy, which opened 12 April. The new site is twice as large as the previous facility and has an integrated warehouse for production and distribution.

The company expects production capacity at the plant to increase by 50%, saying that the move is intended is to correspond with its expansion in the growing global pumps market.

Operating a facility in Trento as well as the new plant, EBARA has maintained a branch in Italy for around 30 years. EBARA says that it will continue to step up its production and supply of pumps worldwide.
