Boyd Corp. acquires O-ring manufacturer Spec Seals

Boyd Corp., a global provider of energy management and sealing solutions, has completed the purchase of Spec Seals, a US-based specialty O-ring manufacturer.

The newly acquired business now operates as a specialty sealing division under the Boyd brand, and has bases of operation in Anaheim, California, and Chicago, Illinois.
