A few things to remember while registering for the conference:

  • Full Conference Attendance Registration provides access to the Safety Awards Breakfast, all conference sessions, all keynote speaker presentations, including the keynote luncheons, and all conference receptions.
  • There is no cost to walk the trade show floor, but a badge is required. Everyone must register. All other events require a fee.
  • The conference registration fee is for the entire length of the conference.
  • Single-Day Registration is not available.
  • Non-profit, state, and federal employees and full-time students are invited to participate at no charge.
  • Full conference fees include two breakfasts, lunches, and receptions, as well as admission to all trade show events.
  • All attendees must be 18 years of age.
  • Credentialed media are invited to attend the conference and trade show. Please email Leakhena at lswett@ilta.org to address any questions.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to info@ilta.org. Substitutions from your organization for the same event are always welcome. Cancellations received by April 11, 2023 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after April 11, 2023 will receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after the close of business on May 1, 2023. No-shows will not be refunded.

Changes to Conference and Agenda:  ILTA reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location, or alter the advertised speakers for an event. ILTA is not responsible for any loss or damage due to substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or infectious diseases. If a conference is canceled, ILTA is not liable for any costs incurred by attendees connected with their attendance.

ILTA Suitcasing Policy:
Please note any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to Show Management at the ILTA Booth or Information Desk. ILTA recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite; a restaurant, club, or any other public place of assembly. For this policy, suitcasing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other events. Show Management must be informed of any hospitality suites, and expressed consent must be received prior to the event.
