Pentair launches new zero leakage triple offset valve

Pentair has launched the Series 30-RS, a new manual triple offset valve.

Expanding Pentair’s Vanessa triple offset valve (TOV) product range, the new valve has been designed to address the need for zero leakage isolation in non-critical low-pressure and temperature applications in the oil, gas, and processing industries.

According to Pentair, the Vanessa 30-RS features a safer bolted-on seat allowing for true positive isolation when pressure is applied from the shaft side, thus minimizing the risk of dangerous mechanical failure.

By achieving zero leakage tightness to API 598, the new Vanessa option provides a smarter solution for operators seeking high-performance, upgraded valve designs and reduced maintenance requirements.

The manufacturer says Vanessa Series 30-RS handles temperatures up to 350°C and pressures up to ASME class 300, and is available in A216 WCB or A351 CF8M double flanged body.
