Griffco launches leak-free back pressure and pressure relief valve

Chemical feed equipment manufacturer Griffco Valve has introduced its new leak-free Unibody valve for use in chemical-feed, metering, and dosing pump systems.

Available as a back pressure valve and 2-port pressure relief valve, Unibody features single-piece construction with union connections machined together with the valve body to form a solid piece of material. It is engineered to virtually eliminate downtime and extend performance life.

Designed for hard-to-seal or troublesome pumping systems, the valve is available in PVC and CPVC construction in sizes from ½" – 1" (DN 15 – DN 25) and with no connections or glued joints.

The Unibody allows for fast installation with standard union connections that can be configured to any piping material. Trouble-free and leak-free operation is ensured because there are no threads, gaskets, glues or welds to cause problems. Servicing the system is simple, with quick union disconnects and standard dimensions to ensure drop-in replacement.

Griffco Valves is backing the new Unibody valve by offering a two-year warranty on the complete valve, including consumables. Manufactured in the USA, the new PVC valves are NSF certified and manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards.
